(we can arrange transport to collect you from these points.) Directions From London and South Wales, use the M4/M5. From Bristol, Midlands and Wales, use the M5 and along the A39. Leave M5 at the Taunton exit (Junction 27) and follow the signs for Bideford. North Devon Natural Health Centre Retreat is situated on the A386 on the way towards Appledore. Look for the Appledore Shipyard sign on your right and take the next turning on your left into Broad Lane.
