Directions for use:
Each capsule contains 400mg of pure collagen
Take three capsules of 100% Pure Collagen every night before going to bed.
This allows the nutrients to work at their optimum level during the first 30-90 minutes of the sleep (regeneration mode). The correct forms of amino acids are then produced for the collagen to work most effectively.
For the best results:
