Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

At Body & Mind Shop Ltd we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

Our no quibbles guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, just return them to us in their original condition within 16 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does include the cost of the original postage and packaging. The only exception would be in the unlikely event the goods you return are faulty or damaged. We will not refund items that have been used or that have had the safety lids removed.

Consumers must return the goods if they cancel a contract of sale (following cancellation of an order). Cancellations of orders must be received in writing. This includes letter or e-mail. When goods are returned, reasonable care must be taken to ensure that goods are received and that goods are not damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • The date purchased

    For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a secure method of post. If you return via recorded delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your items, you are insured for a maximum of £28. If you return your items via Royal Mail special delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your items, you are insured for a maximum of £500. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
